- What counts as a verification?
- A verification is counted when a customer completes the full verification flow (identity, income, and/or vehicle based on your settings). Abandoned or failed verifications don't count.
- How does billing work?
- We charge monthly via credit card (Stripe). Annual plans are billed upfront with a 17% discount. You can manage billing in your dashboard.
- Can I change my plan?
- Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What if I exceed my verification limit?
- You can continue verifying - additional verifications are charged at the overage rate for your plan. Or upgrade mid-cycle.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- No setup fees. No annual contracts required. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
- Yes! Contact sales for special pricing for qualifying organizations.
